Commercial bank credit risk is to point to the possibility of credit losses, it constitutes our country commercial bank’s biggest financial risks. At present, how to strengthen credit risk management, risk identification and control in advance, is our country commercial bank in the process of the construction of a modern financial enterprise facing an important issue. In recent years, with the rapid development of the real estate industry, real estate economy in our country, the development of the national economy occupies a more and more prominent position. Real estate industry from production to sales of each link all need money support, is a typical capital-intensive industry, therefore, the real estate customer under the condition of limited its own funds, there is a pressing financing needs. According to the national bureau of statistics of the relevant analysis data shows that China’s real estate industry capital mainly comes from the domestic bank loan, financing is relatively single.Bank of real estate credit amount is increasing with the rapid development of real estate industry. But higher risk of real estate industry itself, and the influence of national macroeconomic policy and market environment more apparent, this will make our country commercial bank faced with a greater risk of real estate credit. Especially in the economic downturn, the commercial Banks in the face of the increasing financial assets and rapidly expanding credit markets and emerging issues in terms of the credit risk management, so it is urgent to strengthen the credit risk management.Although the real estate credit risk management in commercial Banks has accumulated abundant practical experience, but there are still many problems. Only by adopting effective way to guard against real estate credit risk effectively, avoid the resulting systemic financial crisis. In this paper, the construction bank, A branch as an example, an analysis of the specific problems related to, has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Is A branch of China construction bank branch under the vertical management, this paper takes A branch as the research object, based on China and China construction bank real estate credit and risk management, in A branch real estate credit business risk and its management status, find out the problems that exist in the real estate credit risk management, such as A branch of the credit risk management problems existing in the process; A branch real estate credit risk management problems of relevant personnel.
