Since the housing reform in China, there is a rapid development of China's real estate industry. The real estate industry to create added value in GDP gradually increase the proportion of the real estate industry for economic growth continued to grow. The real estate industry is a typical capital-intensive industry, the industry can not develop without the financial support and input, but China's capital market development is currently not perfect enough, most of the real estate business through the indirect financing of Bank, the real estate industry depends on the development of commercial banks and credit support. With the continued prosperity of the real estate industry, real estate prices have shown a rapid increase in the trend, influences the economic and financial operations.Once all of a sudden drastic price fluctuations in the real estate credit banks will bring huge risks. Real estate climate index as a real estate boom is reflected in the visual, research and analysis of its real estate and bank credit risk of the relationship between a certain practical significance.In this paper, we'll study China's real estate climate index and bank credit risk.The main problem is the relationship between China's real estate climate index and bank credit risk and risk measurement of the real estate banking credit based on real estate climate index. First of all, the theoretical analysis of the relationship between the real estate climate index and the real estate credit, and then use econometric analysis of the relationship between them,empirical results show that: Real estate climate index and the bank's credit risk was positively correlated, real estate climate index increased, bank real estate credit risks are also increased.By empirical tests showed a positive correlation between the real estate climate index and credit risk, using the real estate climate index measuring the risk of bank real estate credit, from the measurement results can be seen, the changes of real estate climate index is closely related to bank real estate credit risk. According to results of the analysis to build the real estate credit risk exante, during and after control of the three aspects of bank real estate credit risk control mechanism, therefore designed a real estate index system of early warning, through quantitative methods based on the real estate climate index in advance of the change in the real estate banking credit risk management, trying to provide some theory and practice support for a healthy and stable development of banking real estate credit.
