Energy is an important support to economic and social development. Adequate and sustained energy supply plays a significant role in promoting urbanization construction. Energy supply has been a bottleneck restricting China’s economic development. In the urbanization process, due to the huge rural population base, rapid urbanization will exacerbate energy supply tensions. Focusing on energy predicament and environmental problems and taking advantage of rural biomass resources is helpful for guiding towards intensive, intelligent, green and low-carbon urbanizationHubei province is suffering from conventional energy shortage. Till 2014, more than 80% of the energy in Hubei province is transferred by other provinces. In the context of the government taking strong measures to reduce overall energy consumption and maintaining zero growth in coal consumption, the problem of energy supply constraints will soon be unavoidable. For this reason, the development and utilization of abundant biomass resources in rural areas and building an eco-energy system can better meet clean and high-growth needs of rural energy.This paper focuses on the ecological problems in the process of urbanization in Hubei province, starts from energy and environmental challenges brought by urbanization, analyzes the current situation of energy development and utilization in Hubei rural areas,. Combined with the forms of rural energy ecological model, Based on intensive cultivation to cope with the development of the towns ecological energy model for large and medium-sized methane project it proposes the new "Six in One" urban ecological model to deal with urbanization, in prospect to provide a new reference for coordinating China’s urbanization development and rural eco-energy systems, and proposes ways to achieve ecological construction of rural energy on this basis.This paper describes the background and significance of it, combing with the relevant research documents, and then introduced the structure, technology and research methods, discusses the theory of sustainable development and circular economy theory, thus forming the theoretical basis of this paper, while defining the related concepts, explains the interaction between urbanization and rural ecological construction of energy.Then it analyzes the energy and environmental challenges faced by the process of urbanization, and also the current situation of rural energy construction in Hubei Province, pointing out the problems and analyzing the potential in utilization of biomass energy. This paper analyzes some modes of rural ecological energy, Based on intensive farming in Wuhan Dalu village,ecological energy model for large and medium-sized methane project as a case study, and through the analytic hierarchy process to construct benefit evaluation index system, it is concluded that ecological energy development in rural areas in Hubei province: relative optimization model of intensive cultivation of large and medium-sized methane project, energy-oriented use of straw, household biogas comprehensive utilization mode. Finally, on the basis of the previous text analysis, it discusses about how to achieve ecological construction of rural energy, proposes ways and strategies to solve problems, and does a summary and outlook to the full text. |
