As the importance of human resources development is growing in the knowledge-based society, corporations are interested in education more than ever. Especially, with the technology development, E-learning is becoming a preferred learning method by corporations in aspect of efficiency. However, it is actuality that education training of corporation of cage is not escaping unsystematic state yet, and corporation is not gaining broad way effect education training program by human exploitation of resource specialist’s absence phenomenon does purpose specially.The purpose of this model was to analyze a causal relationship between the E-learning system and its direct effect on environment and individuals in various institutions.Finally, a hypothesis drawn from the model was verified by a single survey based on feedback from 102 currently employees. This study explains and predicts the complexities and comprehensiveness of the real world that cannot be achieved academically. The primary objective of this study was to expand the scope of understanding in E-learning system. On a practical level, understanding why company uses E-learning system will provide a measure to stimulate employment of E-learning system. Furthermore, this study expects to minimize of error in developing and managing the next generation of E-learning system. Plus, it helps to strengthen competitiveness of a company as well as to reduce funds needed to diffuse E-learning system.
