Enterprises according to their own goals and positioning, choosing different competitive strategy, and makes the corresponding strategic behavior. Enterprises used a low-cost strategy to obtain excess profit. Enterprises used differentiation strategy of the enterprise to occupy the market. Different strategies can lead to different performance. For China’s manufacturing enterprises to choose the appropriate strategy makes its performance more prominent. As the product platform in the practical application is more and more wide, with its derivativeness, scholars began to focus on this area.At present on the platform of strategic relationship with performance and products research in their respective areas are relatively widely, but few research considering whether the product platform strategy choice or not will to take the competition strategy and enterprise have influence on the performance achieved. From this perspective, this study to build the product platform strategy choice of competition strategy and strategic performance relationship between adjust action research model. By porter’s competitive strategy point of view the low-cost strategy and differentiation strategy as the independent variable, the financial performance and growth performance in the strategic performance two dimensions as the dependent variable, the product platform strategy choice of adjustment. This research mainly in China’s manufacturing industry as the research object, from the database to obtain the main financial data of listed companies, using SPSS20.0 and Amos20.0 for data analysis, finally the results verify the enterprise competition strategy of strategic performance the main effect and the positive product platform strategy choice of differentiation strategy and strategic performance relationship of positive adjustment.At last, according to the data analysis results, on the perspective of product platform strategy choice, in order to develop more and better products manufacturing enterprises in our country, improve their strategy performance, we also put forward the corresponding policy suggestions. |
