The distribution of wealth has become one of the most widely discussed and controversial topic nowadays current in recent decades, the gap between rich and poor is a serious deterioration in the world, the game continues to grow, competition and technological progress does not reduce between different sectors of society of inequality, private capital is continually accumulation of surplus value of workers has been continuously deprived minority mastered most of the world wealth. Since the reform and opening up, the gradual establishment of a socialist market economy, the rapid growth of the gross domestic product, people’s living standards improve, but the gap between rich and poor is seriously deteriorating. Some of the socialist market economy without the constraints of the distribution system led to the inequality of wealth, some of the existing laws and regulations, can not completely solve the problem of unequal distribution of wealth, income levels of workers has not kept pace with economic development pace, the worker did not share the fruits of economic progress, the hard work of workers did not deserve in exchange for remuneration, the low level of labor remuneration phenomenon is particularly prominent in the current market economy.This paper discusses the background to the study question the current distribution of profits, summarizes the status of the current domestic and international research, and secondly, Cobb-Douglas function as the core in order to determine the factors of labor and capital factor involved in the theoretical basis of corporate profits allocated to the two participating companies The concept defines the distribution of profits demonstrates the remuneration and capital remuneration elements involved in the necessity and feasibil ity of the distribution of corporate profits quantitative analysis.
