Research On The Profits Distribution For The Main Manufactures-suppliers In The Synergetic Cooperation

The main manufacturers are already rid of the traditional manufacturing role, instead, theyidentify themselves as the managers to cooperate with the suppliers in the “mainmanufacturers-suppliers” model. This pattern more emphasizes every enterprise to cooperate witheach other on the supply chain, for realizing “seamless docking” of each section on the supplychain to improve the overall performance of the cooperation. It has very important practicalsignificant to the improvement of national large and complex product manufacturing industry byresearching the “main manufacturers-suppliers” model. Based on the perspective of system, thepaper makes some preliminary studies on the cooperation relationship model through synergeticstheory.Firstly the paper introduces the synergetics theory, the concept of the “mainmanufacturers-suppliers” model and connotation and the characteristics and forms of thecooperate relationship between main manufactures and suppliers, and the paper constructs theorganization framework of synergetic cooperation. And then the paper discusses the evolutionmechanism of synergetic cooperation relationship, it confirms the forming process of the finalorder parameter by analyzing the five components which effects the flow of interests of thecooperation, then it illustrates the mutual relationship among the system self-organization function,the forming process of the final order parameter and the flow of interests, and then it introducessynergy degree of the cooperation. Then the paper analyses the related factors which effects thesynergy degree, it constructs the evaluation index system of measuring the synergy degree, andthen it establishes the model to measure the synergy degree, then it constructs a profit distributionmodel based on the synergy degree, which discusses the relationships among the synergy degree,contribution coefficients and profit distribution coefficient, it gets some important conclusions bysolving the model. Lastly the paper researches the synergetic cooperation relationship between themain manufacture and the supplier of XXX enterprise, and measure the value of the mainmanufacture and the supplier in different period. According to the results the paper fully explainthe changing relationship between the synergy degree and the profits distribution, the paper finallysummarizes the state of research and looks forward to the feasibility study in the future.
