In recent years, studies about the authorization of leadership have been always focused on the authorized result, and the scenario study during the authorization process is rarely mentioned. Therefore, in this work, based on the authorization process, the model on the influence to the employees resilience caused by leader authorization was constructed. In this model, the incentive system, leader Authorization and staff resilience are thought as the moderator, the independent variables and the dependent variable, respectively. The impact on the dependent variables caused by independent variables was the key research, and the regulating effect between the two variables was system inspected. Therefore, in this work, the integration of the three variables was innovatively studied, which breaks the previous study model with single variable. The data used in this work is based on the 231 employees from China Mobile Yunnan Company and Central China regional Neusoft Group, then the data was analysed using the SPSS statistical software in this article. Firstly, the reliability and validity were evaluated, and then the correlation analysis and factor analysis were conducted among the license, resilience and incentive systems. Finally, the hypotheses in this work were tested using regression analysis.Though the system study, some conclusions were obtained. First, in the enterprise, the way of authorization affects employee resilience; Second, compared with the enterprise using the less incentive system, the enterprise with more perfective incentive system will increase the resilience of employees.In this work, the way of the authorization was further studied, and the impact to the employees under the incentive system was focused. On the other hand, if the authorization was not fully improved, the resilience of employees could be regulated by the incentive system. This work has important theoretical and practical significance : providing a theoretical guidance to the enterprises and constructive comments in the practical development for the managers.
