Study On Optimization Of Aerospace Product Management Based On Matrix Model

In recent years, the development of China aerospace industry such as two bombs and one satellite, manned spaceflight, Chang’e I, science and technology continue to flourish in the cause of national defense, and created astounding place in the history of world space. However, China has entered t he era of market economy, its main feature is economic system for dynamic expansion, the enterprise production and morphology changing continuously with the network, with the national economy and defense construction demand for Chinese in various fields of space continuously deepening and developing, scientific research and production of aerospace become more and more arduous, it is necessary to sum up the management mode and methods conscientiously, by doing this we can bring forth the new through the o ld and adapt to the need of the development of the aerospace industry under the new situation.In view of current development of the existing traditional management system under our country spaceflight projects’ problems, the thesis started from the analysis of matrix management mode, carried on the analysis according to the actual situation of aerospace enterprise, and used the management mode of matrix organization to production management of aerospace enterprise in our country, so to solve the problems in present production management of aerospace enterprise. This paper firstly discusses the background and research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad and the related concepts of the theory in this paper involved, also related matri x organization theory is discussed, On this basis, the thesis introduced matrix management practices on the international first-class aerospace enterprises, and summarized the inspiration of matrix management on the aerospace model engineering project mana gement of China, secondly, the matrix management theory and our country spaceflight project management characteristics were discussed, and the aerospace enterprise management mode of project matrix management problems are analyzed; thirdly, project management mode in space enterprises under the administration of the matrix was constructed, and the matrix management mechanism of concrete are described; finally, this paper proposes the using of matrix management to improve space project management.
