At present,the city has become a major area of global carbon emissions whose carbon emission exerted a profound influence to global cycle and climate change. Urban land use diretly influenced the progress of carbon cycle between terrestrial ecosystem and atmosphere. Due to the violent human activities in cities, the mechanism of carbon emission becomes more complex which makes the research on carbon cycle of urban ecosystem become one of the most complicated and urgentest work on global climate change. Therefore,the reseatch on carbon emission in cities during land use has important theoretical and pratical significance.Based on the research at home and abroad,urban residential land、educational land and industrial land were taken as the research object combined with classification of the urban land and carbon source. The composition of carbon source and temporal characteristics of carbon dioxide concentration were analyzed. The results showed that the diurnal variation of carbon dioxide concentration of urban different types of land displayed good time regularity.The experimental and simulative methods were used to design the carbon emission experiment indoor and outdoor and the simulation by FLUENT indoor. The results showed the carbon dioxide diffusion near urban surface has a role in desosition because of gravity and randomicity influenced by turbulence,but the simulation results of carbon dioxide emission by FLUENT fit with those from indoor experiments quite well.Mathematical model method was used to build and test the estimation model of carbon emission of urban land use. The results showed that the emission of carbon dioxide estimated by model was 14828 mg,but the actual emission was 49425 mg. Their quantitative difference was 7597 mg which account for 15 persent of actual emission. Thus the model has certain reliability and a high precision.Empirical research method was used to estimate the carbon dioxide emission of January in 2015 arerespectively based on model and the data of investigation by case of community of XinYun Garden. The results showed that the daily mean emission of carbon dioxide based on the data of investigation was 436.12 Kg,but that estimated by model was 294.71 Kg which account for 68 persent of estimation result based on the data of investigation.
