Research On A Real-time Quality Management Method And System For Networked Outsourcing Process

In the networked manufacturing mode, more companies choose to outsource non-core businesses to the suppliers which have the advantage in that area. However, with the scale of the task, the number of the units increased, product quality problems caused by outsourcing have become increasingly prominent. With the rapid development of information technology, the use of information technology to enhance network outsourcing process has become an important trend. This paper constructed some research and exploration on real-time quality management method and system for network outsourcing process, which is referenced by the existing research results and combined with the basic principle and thought of the manufacturing execution system(Manufacturing Execution System, MES).First of all, the realization of a real-time quality management idea was put forward based on the analysis of the characteristics and requirements for network outsourcing process, which includes a real-time quality management system for networked outsourcing process, a interactive quality information terminal for network outsourcing process and a quality testing equipment which was controlled by the terminal. This paper constructed a real-time quality management system based on the idea. In addition, the architecture, function structure and control process of the system were set up.Secondly, based on the above research of system structure and control process, the general technical framework of the real-time quality management system for the network outsourcing process was built. And some of the key technologies were studied, including the technology of equipment control and data acquisition based on configuration software and the early warning based on GA-BP neural networks for purchasing component quality.Finally, based on the above research results, combined with a Chongqing enterprise’s specific needs, the author participated in the design and development of a set of real-time quality management system for networked outsourcing process, this system was applied in this enterprise, and good application results were obtained.
