The New Trend Of The Development Of International Trade Rules And The Response Of China

In the new century, WTO’s Doha negotiation being at a deadlock, in this situation, the international trade rules faces the new trend. The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement(TPP) is the newest development pattern within the Asian-Pacific region, whose progress got a lot of attention in the world. TPP is the tool and springboard of America who wants to “Go back to Asia” and take in charge of the power of making Asia’s trade rules. China is not the member of TPP. Once the agreement reached, it will make influence on every field in China. Whether attending TPP or not and how to answer to all the challenges of TPP is the question we couldn’t ignore.This essay consists of six chapters.
