Analysis On The Thoughts And Relating Factors Of Peasant Participating In New Rural Pension Insurance

Since 2009 the implementation of the new rural pension insurance since the academic study of the new agricultural insurance is also deepening. After four years of construction and promotion of new agricultural insurance popularity to bring well-being of the majority of peasants groups, but in the achievements of the same time, it faces many problems. Based on the perspective of peasants, mainly in conjunction with a quantitative study based on qualitative research, literature, questionnaires and structured interviews, and analysis of the entire data on the basis of the peasants, the influence of the factors insured peasants behavior.Articles selected for the investigation of the location of the home place. A questionnaire survey, the factors for the three levels of refinement variables: personal characteristics level, pension consciousness, the system design level, on the basis of the hypothesis put forward. Through investigation and analysis results: age, education level, health status, family siHe, pension risk awareness, "raise children to old age" thinking, to the extent of their own countries to address the pension problem expectations for the level of understanding of the new agricultural insurance, basic pension, rationality affect peasants subsidies willingness to participate in the new agricultural insurance. Educational level, economic status, "raise children to old age" thinking on the level of understanding of the new agricultural insurance, payment period, subsidies is reasonable, pension administration, local government responsibility in place of pay grades that affect peasants’ participation.On the basis of these constraints peasants in new agricultural insurance factor analysis on the proposed five-point proposal: to improve the cultural quality of rural residents, and increase their awareness of the pension increase for the new agricultural insurance propaganda, enhance peasants new agricultural insurance identity; increase the income of rural residents, improve peasants’ ability to pay and their pension levels; increased financial support to enhance the confidence of peasants; improve relevant security system, promote the healthy operation of the new agricultural insurance.
