Research On The Development Of Agricultural Modernization In Kashgar Administrative Region

Agriculture is one of the country’s basic industries, The modernization is the only way to progress of human society, modernization of agriculture is an important part of the modernization is an important strategic goal of China’s socialist modernization, no agricultural modernization have not been able to modernize the entire national economy. Kashgar Prefecture Agricultural Development currently get good results, but the pace is slow, keep pace with the average level of agricultural modernization in Xinjiang and China’s average agricultural modernization, this time for the modernization of agriculture need to make useful suggestions Kashgar Prefecture need a modern evaluation system of agricultural scientific and systematic.In this paper, through the research into the development of Kashgar Prefecture for 20 years, combined with agriculture in developed countries and the domestic situation better agricultural development areas, the use of the basic principles of agricultural economics, econometrics, mathematical statistics and other disciplines, the use of standardized description, build modern agriculture evaluation index system and evaluation model Kashgar area of development of agricultural modernization empirical research, and proposed to speed up the development process of agricultural modernization in Kashgar Prefecture of countermeasures and suggestions.First, this paper reviews the research related to the modernization of agriculture and abroad, from the theoretical analysis of agricultural modernization, elaborates the meaning of agricultural modernization, characteristics, and the relationship between the standard of modern agriculture and agricultural modernization, laid the theoretical foundation for the full text.Secondly, according to the connotation of agricultural modernization, feature selection principle and objective evaluation criteria as well as modern agriculture index system, in reference to previous studies, based on their own circumstances combined Kashgar Prefecture, after a rigorous screening stratification established agricultural Kashgar modern evaluation system, and the meaning and calculation of the indicators were elaborated.
