Research On The Relationship Of Industrial Agglomeration And Regional Innovation In Urumqi-changji Economic Zone,xinjiang

As a geographical phenomenon in the process of industrial evolvement, industrial agglomeration is prevalently found in the economic development process. The aggregation behavior of industry can bring to agglomerate effect, symbiotic effect, synergetic effect, regional effect, structural effect and many other advantages, it also has a significant impact on the improvement of industrial innovation capability.This topic selected Urumuqi-changji Economic Zone,Xinjiang as the research object, first, on the basis of reviewing the theories of industrial agglomeration and innovation, this topic defined some relevant definitions, at the same time, analyzed the relationship between the industrial agglomeration and technological innovation capability and built the technological innovation system of industrial agglomeration, and then analyzed the operation mechanism and the dynamic mechanism of the system. After theoretical analysis, this topic used the empirical analysis to make the overall evaluation of the relationship between industrial agglomeration and innovation capacity of Urumqi-changji Economic Zone,Xinjiang, first, through the location quotient, this topic calculated concentration degree of industry in Urumqi-changji Economic Zone,Xinjiang,and then used factor analysis method to measure technology innovation capability of the industry in Urumqi-changji Economic Zone,Xinjiang, and then, through the correlation test and regression analysis, showed the relationship of industrial agglomeration and technological innovation capability. At the end of the topic, through the analysis of technological innovation capability of the Urumqi-changji Economic Zone,Xinjiang, the topic explored some policies and measures to improve the technological innovation capability of Urumqi-changji Economic Zone,Xinjiang industrial agglomeration.The results showed that the industrial agglomeration and technological innovation in Urumqi-changji Economic Zone,Xinjiang has a positive correlation, innovation investment in human resources is an important factor for innovation of industrial agglomeration;investment expenditures is an important guarantee for innovation of industrial agglomeration;production equipment investment is an important foundation for industrial agglomeration;innovation outputs is an important manifestation for innovation of industrial agglomeration;and innovation external environment is an important support fo innovation of industrial agglomeration.
