Today, the world economy has entered the era of globalization, however, does notpromote economic globalization and the average allocation of resources; spatial distributionof industrial activity did not tend to equilibrium, but more tend to gather. Industry cluster asa new global economic phenomena in front of people. Because of the Shandong PeninsulaBlue Economic Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "Blue Zone") Industry ConcentrationDegree significantly, making it the first to become economically developed regions inShandong Province, shows that industrial agglomeration has important guiding significancefor regional economic development. This article is based on industry concentration, measured the "Blue Zone" level of industrial clustering and "Blue Zone" manufacturing, forexample, the empirical analysis of industrial agglomeration and regional economic growth, relationship problems, especially to study the effect of industrial agglomeration and regionaleconomic growth "Blue Zone" industrial agglomeration effect on regional disparities ineconomic development in Shandong Province. In this paper, the new economic geographyperspective study uneven regional economic development issues, and relying on the neweconomic geography study the mechanism of industrial agglomeration and industrialagglomeration role in promoting regional economic growth, and the "blue zone" to otherareas of the province industrial transfer mode are analyzed, and then make policyrecommendations to promote balanced regional development of the province. The full text is divided into seven sections:The first part is an introduction. In the introduction the author introduces thebackground, significance and research content, research methods and technical route, fromthis study on the whole done a general discussion. The second part is the theoretical basis of Review and abroad. Research focus foreignscholars focused on the analysis of the impact of industrial agglomeration of differentindustries concentrated area of regional economic growth, regional disparities, researchscholars are more concentrated focus on the analysis of the causes and trends of industrialagglomeration and concerns Agglomeration and Regional Economic Growth imbalance. The theoretical foundations of the selected concepts and theories of some terms are closelyrelated to this study, including industry concentration calculation method and the theoreticalbasis of regional industry cluster to promote economic development, regional economicdevelopment and evaluation of the meaning content. The third part is the "Blue Zone" industry development status and process industry cluster analysis. First, the "Blue Zone"2001-2013in industrial development, includingthree industry development characteristics and evolution of the three industries are analyzed.Secondly, the "Blue Zone" secondary industry and tertiary industry agglomeration level wascalculated and estimated results are analyzed. Finally, the "Blue Zone" secondary industryand tertiary industry agglomeration level six prefecture-level city was calculated andanalyzed. The fourth part is the "Blue Zone" industrial agglomeration and regional economicdevelopment. In "Blue Zone" manufacturing, for example, explores the industrialagglomeration and regional economic growth relations, focuses on the industrialagglomeration effect on regional economic growth. The fifth part of the "Blue Zone" industry cluster impact on regional development gapchange. Firstly, the impact on the province’s regional industry cluster development gapchange "Blue Zone"; secondly, to explore the "blue zone" to other regions of the province’sindustrial transfer mode. The sixth part of the policy recommendations of the regional coordinated developmentin Shandong Province. Policy recommendations to promote balanced regional developmentof the province, mainly make relevant recommendations from the government, market andindustry coordination, fiscal policy, land remediation and other angles. The seventh part of Research. Systematically summarized the shortcomings of thisstudy, and on this basis, the author of the future direction of the research were discussed.Through the above study of seven parts, the main draw the following conclusions:(1)development characteristics: the "Blue Zone" secondary and tertiary industries accountedfor the province’s share remained virtually unchanged, were maintained at about49%and46%, but " Blue Zone "first industry accounted for the proportion of the province’s firstindustrial decline, down from41.8%in2001to33.54%in2013; the industrial structure:"Blue Zone "primary industry declining trend; secondary industry output value to rise andthen decline, and finally stabilized; tertiary industry output value increased year by year.(2)"Blue Zone" second industrial agglomeration overall level is not high, the higher the levelof tertiary industry as a whole agglomeration.(3) the relationship between industrialagglomeration and regional economic growth between the inverted U-shaped, while the"Blue Zone" on the left side of industrial agglomeration effect on economic growth in theregion is still in the inverted U-shaped curve, the "Blue Zone" industrial agglomerationEconomic growth in the region still plays a positive role in promoting.(4) industrialagglomeration mainly by promoting labor productivity, promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, promote regional integration process and other effects to promote regionaleconomic growth.(5)"Blue Zone" industry cluster in the region to promote economicgrowth will widen the "Blue Zone" with other regional economic development gap,Shandong Province, the "Blue Zone" of industrial diffusion will narrow the developmentgap between the region of Shandong Province.
