With the rapid development of science and technology, network and information, the competition between enterprises are constantly deepening. Even if an enterprise has adopted a new technology, will soon be imitate, been surpassed. Therefore, any enterprise can no longer as before, can be for a long period of time by a dominant technology or some products. Enterprise eventually turned to the competition for talent competition, only brings together industry excellent talents, can be in the fierce market competition to obtain a temporary success. To gain market competitive advantage continuously, Enterprises also must constantly train these talents, in order to ensure that they are able to master the latest information, the most advanced technology.This paper takes China Telecom GD company as the research object. Firstly, we discuss different training theory, on this basis, the basic situation of GD company and the present training condition are introduced and analyzed, and proposes some suggestion for the optimization of GD company’s training system according to the existing problems and the insufficiency in company’s training system. Then, taking the problems of the company, the influence factors of both fusion, the enterprise’s long.term strategy and short.term strategy and enterprise talent reserves in account, we set up the "T shape training model "to adapt to the construction of the training of company GD, provided a more targeted and more efficient training system, aiming to provide excellent human resources for the development of the company. Thirdly, from the two aspects of training security system and process construction, we puts forward some concrete suggestion for GD company’s training system. Finally, summarizes and put forward the prospects for future research.
