Try to analyze under the background of capital to the countryside farm restructuring problems in xinjiang, and puts forward Suggestions and measures to optimize the system change.The core of this article is based on Awati farms have restructed to"Huafu Hengfeng cotton industry limited liability company”(here in after referred to as Huafu) and "Lutai Fengshou cotton industry limited liability company"(here in after referred to as the Lutai).Through the economic structure, social structure,management structure analysis,Using the game theory model, the related to enterprises and farmers benefit coupling mechanism has carried on the empirical research,including complete information and incomplete information, and cotton farmers and the enterprise game analysis.Thus, through to the Xinjiang farm restructuring process of evaluation and experience summary of the transformation, find out the problems existing in the Xinjiang farm restructuring: first, cotton farmers in land contract loss of voice;Second, the enterprise economic target and social target inconsistency; Third,farmers and enterprises risk-sharing imbalance, benefit coupling mechanism is not close; Fourth, leading enterprises driving force is not strong; Fifth, cotton farmers by low level of education, directly restricts the interest game ability; Sixth, contract execution supervision difficult and cooperation risk.According to the above problems, the article put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of Xinjiang farm restructuring: improve the system of farm workers congress, strengthening farm worker public participation; Stripping enterprise’s social functions; Establish a mechanism for cotton farmers and companies share;Leading enterprises are encouraged to establish agricultural science and technology research and development center, development of agricultural science andtechnology innovation risk investment; Strengthen farmers own reproduction ability(including intelligence, psychic and physical), foster new professional farmers;Family farms integrated department, set up the comprehensive agricultural association and strict examination system.To find a "small" and "big capital" two extremes in relief mechanism, namely "two compromise, a main body, realize the four modernizations", that is the village of collectivism and individualism compromise, compromise between tradition and modernization; Rely on the professional farmers; Combining vertical integration and cooperative, standardization, specialization of production.
