| In the 1980 s, ‘county economy’ has began to draw great attention from the theoretical and academic fields.Especially since the 16 th national congress of the Communist Party of China Report called for the expansion of the county economy, the development of county economy has received a lot of attention.The current study of county economy mostly concenrated on the status and role of the county economy and the higher level of economic development zones or special economic areas, while the county economy study of Northeastern old industrial bases is little, such as Jilin Province. The spatial allocation of resource and regional development pattern are greatly determined by economic development.As a main grain-producing area and old industrial base,there is an important significance to develop the county economy for the invigorating of the northeast old industrial base. Developing county industrialization and accepting the industry transfer in old industrial base is the key to development economy level of jilin Province. Taking the counties of Jilin Province as a case study, this paper bases on the theory of economic geography, modern regional economics and industry economics, make use of the methods of GIS spatial analysis, markov chain analysis and hot spot to analyse the evoluation of county economy spatial pattern in Jilin Province from 1995 to 2012.Meanwhile, we analyse the factors affecting the formation of the county economy development spatial pattern.And it is hoped that the research on county economy in this area can provide a reference for the county development planning and development policies of Jilin Province.The main contents include the following four aspects:The first part includes the introduction and first chapter.We introduces the theoretical study of the county economy development and research progress.By reviewing the related concepts about of county economy and spatial pattern,we have an intial recognition of county economic and spatial pattern.In the second part the general development situation of county economy in Jilin Province are analyzed, including county economy GDP,economic foundation and social development.There is an SWOT analysis and problems analysis about county economy of Jilin Province.At the same time,the economic development disparity of center cities and surrounding counties in Jilin Province are analysed, taking the model of Gini coefficient which can be decomposed according to industry factors to analyze the spatial pattern disparity and county economy industrial contribution ration.The main contents in the third part are the evoluation of county economy spatial pattern in Jilin Province and the influencing factors. This thesis selects 14 comprehensive indexes,using the entroy weight method to determine index weight and comprehensively measure the level of county economy development. Based on this, we analyze the spatial distribution and spatial evolution characteristics of county ecomomy.Further analyze the influencing factors of county economy development.At last,the optimal path and suggestions of county economic development are presented. Based on the analysis of county economy development spatial pattern and factors,we present the optimal path from the aspects of industrial structure adjustment, spatial pattern optimization and sustainable development path.Some proposals are put forward by strengthening the communication between central cities and the counties, improving the industrial level of the county and promoting the four modernizations overall development of county economy. |
