Research On Entrepreneurship Of Home-returning Migrant Workers In Puding Country

With the development of the country’s social economy and continuous improvement of the conditions of development and environment in the western china, labor-intensive industries in developed eastern China continually to transfer to the western china. The boom of home-returning migrant workers’ entrepreneurship in the western region is on the rise.Migrant workers’ returning entrepreneurship is a new force in western underdeveloped region to promote the county’ economic and social development,an important way to effectively solve urbanization and industrialization problems in the western underdeveloped region, an effective carrier to led the country to the city, to promote agriculture, promote the development of urban and rural areas as. The party and the government also attaches great importance to the home-returning migrant workers’ entrepreneurship, formulated and issued a series of support system and policy, to push the developing of returning migrant workers’ entrepreneurship.This paper sets Puding county’ migrant workers as the research object.(a state-level poor county in Guizhou province).Through actual investigation and visit, in accordance with the "to find problem, to analysis problem, to solve problem idea, studies the local migrant workers’ entrepreneurship and other related problems. This paper firstly combers the research contents of related domestic and foreign scholars, on the basis of predecessors, through the system analysis, literature review and research methods of case analysis, finds the characteristics of the individual and the overall situation for migrant workers when they set up entrepreneurship after returning home, analyzes the reason to set up entrepreneurship of the local migrant workers, and analysis the local migrant workers’ entrepreneurship environment. Results show that the local migrant workers’ entrepreneurship have outstanding influence and a good momentum of development, but still face with some outstanding problems and obstacles which ungently need solving. The correct understanding and reasonable solving to the local migrant workers’ entrepreneurship is a complicated systematic engineering for a long time. Finally the article according to the actual situation of local migrant workers’ entrepreneurship from the local government, social organizations, as well as migrant workers, this paper puts forward some specific policy recommendations,such as improving management and serve for migrant workers’ entrepreneurship,perfecting entrepreneurship training and talent service system,and so on.
