China's export products frequently subjected to anti-dumping accusations after entering WTO. Especially in recent years, developing countries have become the main force who initiated the most anti-dumping accusations against China. In developing countries, India has become the country who initiates most of the anti-dumping accusations against China. It has affected the normal development of Sino-Indian trade and the steady development of China's economy. In that case, what are the reasons for India's anti-dumping against China? What is the economic effect of India's anti-dumping against China? How should our country respond to it? In this context, the study of India's anti-dumping against China is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper's study target is the economic impact of India's anti-dumping against China and the countermeasure. It analyzes the economic environment and the domestic factors of India and China which causes India's anti-dumping against China. It also studies the economic impact of India's anti-dumping against China on China's exports, related industries, and the Chinese direct investment to India. On this basis, it gives corresponding countermeasures to the government, industry associations and enterprises of our country.India's Anti-dumping against China causes very negative impact on China's economy, trade and the stability of Sino-Indian relation. Even so, with our country's economic development and Sino-Indian economic and cultural expansion, as well as the efforts of our government, industry associations and enterprises, we will certainly eliminate or at least minimize the negative economic impact and create a good condition for our country's foreign trade and economic development.
