While the Sinolion Industry Group developing, some phenomenon which had bad influences to the organization, such as the high turnover, jot hopping frequently, slacking in work. How to attract, hold on and train staffs, encouraging their enthusiasm and initiative and developing the organization commitment according scientific management, is the important task for developing.Based on the existing studies, the organization commitment has been studied in this paper according the investigation. The combinations of quantitative and qualitative methods are used in this paper.At first, many literatures about organization commitment, the influencing factors, and the method of evaluating are consulted, then how to understand the meaning of organization commitment are proposed, the related theories are introduced.Next, the basic situation, the human resources situation and the employee turnover situation are analyzed, then the phenomenon and influences when organization commitment declining are summarized. Using the survey research and interviewing method, the organization commitment situation of the Sinolion Industry Group are studied, then get the conclusions with the help of statistical software. The influences of gender, age, the position, the length of service are studied according ANOVA. The descriptive statistical analysis of influence factors which in the company are proposed.At last, the reasons are analyzed from individuals, inside and outside the company, the industry, and the suggestion are proposed on the basis of the research.
