Study On Financial Control Of Enterprise Group

Group enterprise is booming up with economic development. Since group enterprise owner aim to get more profit, enlarge production continuously and the enterprise turn to be a economic entity with core company which size is big in this entity. Since the reform and opening up, the group enterprise is booming up. How to make finance control is a always a big problem puzzled each group enterprise.As our country is concerned, most group is in the early development stage, the elevating speed of management level is obviously fall behind the increasing speed of group quantities, especially finance control is very weak., it mainly reflected in lack of financial concept, incomplete finance control system, lack of integration, defense concept of finance risk and so. All the problem which exposed deprived from more or less lack of finance control system. Whether or not strengthen finance control level become a bottleneck for improving group internal management.This paper is start with group enterprise’s concept, promote the theory base, compared with finance control model and finance control method, after compared the two company’s finance control method promote the optimize design for group enterprise finance control from five aspect, the study idea is also base this frame.This paper divide into 5 chapters. In chapter one and two introduced the research background and meaning and make a summary about group finance control theory basis. Chapter three through introduce two group’s present situation, find the default existed in control model and control method, chapter four optimized the finance control mode and optimized the finance control method. Chapter five is the conclusion for this paperFurther induced the research conclusion about group finance control and the prospect of next study.
