Along with the continuous and deep of global economic integral, as a kind of organize form of the modern company, the organization structure of the group company to be extensively running. Because of the complexity and specials of the group company, the finance control will face many problems and challenges under new economic environment, all these hasn't been adapted by traditional finance control. More modern information techniques particularly the network techniques are applying; more group companies are ware of its importance, necessity and application in enterprise management. More and more group companies already obtained the plenteous results at resolving finance control problems with network information system. For most of them, the information-based construction of finance is indispensable. This article commences from the new demands of the group company management, aiming at the group company, taking the finance control of the group company for studying point of departure, taking the modern network information techniques as foundation, discusses several problems and solutions in its application process in finance control and gives the concrete operative process designs in carry it on.The article is divided into four parts, five chapters.The first part is preface (chapter 1) and it mainly looks back the research . development process and present research conditions of information-based finance control. It also puts forward research frames and research methods which are taking modern information techniques as the fulcrum to study.The second part is the theories foundations (chapter 2). it puts forward the textual research foundations. That is concepts define of the group company finance control and control methods, control frames and characteristics. The third part is the point part of the article. By analyzing existing finance control problems of group company in our country (chapter 3), the article brings out the concrete methods under the information-based environment (chapter 4).The fourth part points out prospective of this research.Management demand arouses modern science techniques' development and the technical development of science is turning over affecting the change way of management deeply. The mode which is based on the modern network information for group company's finance control brings some key solutions methods to us, so there are certain theories research significances and actualities to guide these significances.
