Research On Energy Structure Optimization Of Hunan Province

Energy refers to provide available energy resources, and there are many species. Energy is the material basis for the progress of human society,it is also a double-edged sword. It created another big myth rising power of humanity, also brought resource bottlenecks and environmental pollution and many other practical problems to be solved for society.Since reform and opening up,China’s economic development has made significant effects.In recent years,as one of the big province of central China, Hunan province have made great progress in economic and social aspects.With the rapid development of Hunan area social economy and the growth of energy demand, energy consumption and economic growth has appeared contradiction. Some problems in the energy industry of Hunan Province is very prominent and the energy industry structural contradictions is significant.Long-term coal-dominated energy consumption and the extensive mode of economic growth,which led to the inefficiency of high consumption of energy utilization way and the prominent ecolgical environment problems..As a test area "two-oriented society", in the context of the development of low-carbon economy, sustainable economic and social development is seriously challenged.This paper use the optimization of industrial structure for the theoretical basis, low-carbon economic development as the background, study the problem of energy industry optimization in Hunan Province. Based on analyzing and discussing the current situation of the energy industry structure in Hunan Province,It summed up the structure that energy supply and demand structure of Hunan Province is unreasonable, the energy self-sufficiency is low and energy consumption is dependent on energy input. Then, this paper studied optimization of industrial structure dynamic mechanism from within and external dynamic mechanism. Then, use the empirical analysis method to study the energy industry structure optmization in Hunan empirical analysis.Therefore, Hunan province should establish the scientific energy production and consumption patterns,it also establish perfect market system,strengthen the relevant government and vigorously develop new energy sources. Hunan province optimizes the industrial structure from these aspects.
