Hubei, "middle rises" strategic important province as our country, how to choose one industrialization development path to suit the province sentiment under the existing energy constraints, is the key problem that the article focuses on. Through the normative analysis and the canonical parse, The dissertation discussing the necessity of implementing industrial restructure in Hubei province, as the conditions of the energy constrains, analysis in-depth the factors that influencing the industrial structural adjustment, submitting the suggestion that conform to the Hubei actual state of affairs thereby, in order to being as the Hubei industry restructure uses for reference.This dissertation will focus on analyzing the industrial structure and energy consumption in Hubei province. Analysis indicates that Empirical analysis shows that energy consumption in Hubei flexibility and energy consumption intensity are high, With relatively low energy efficiency, Heavy industry in industrial output value, the proportion of energy consumption and long-term equilibrium relationship exists between the energy constraint contradiction which the economic development faces must be more prominent.Finally, The dissertation discusses the way choice of the industry restructure under the energy constraint as a key point, The dissertation thinks that under the existing energy constraints, the industry of Hubei's industries must choose a way to grow with the intensive type primarily and the economic efficiency as the center, which can display the comparison superiority and the advantage, with the urbanized moderate synchronization, optimizing industrial structure, ultimately realizing the sustainable development industrialization path .
