The Research Of Macro Quality Evaluation Index System Of Chinese Export Commodities

On the basis of review on the theories of new public management, government supervision, quality management and performance evaluation, this thesis analyzes the present situation of the quality evaluation practice of Chinese export commodities, points out its shortcomings, and then compares it with the advanced experience of quality evaluation of export commodities in main developed countries or regions, such as Europe, America and Japan, and puts forward the improvement way for it as well. After that, fully established in the existing research results and the perspective of the current transformation of government functions in quality management of export commodities, the study redefines the concept of macro quality of commodities and selects a series of candidate indexes for macro quality evaluation of Chinese export commodities. Then, taking the related macro quality data of Ningbo in year 2012 and 2013 as the basis, and using factor analysis, expert consultation and other analysis methods, this thesis constructs a set of macro quality evaluation index system of Chinese export commodities after several rounds of index screening and assigning.
