As one of the most successful commercial models, Game industry, occupies an important role in today’s Internet boom. Game is an innovative experiential service thus why those game developers are required to have a high overall quality. But the industry itself immaturity as well as organizational development outbreak, resulting in many game companies have various problems in the team management. This study hopes for P company case studies, we can solve the existing problems of innovative team member management to a certain extent, and hope to serve as a reference for other industries.Combined with innovative team management theory, incentive theory and performance management model, this thesis analyzed the P game Company’s problems of innovative team member management. After mining the internal problems of team management within organization, this paper presents an innovation-based team member management and incentive-based performance management. This article is expected to provide valuable and operational recommendations to the managers and entire team of game industry. Meanwhile, this study is also hoped to bring the reference value in the other industries those meet the "highly innovation", "fast learning" and " quickly development".
