The localization of supply chain has been developed too. Right now most of the components are sourced from local China. There are chances: local transportation service levels are developed with China market growing to be more professional on JIT delivery to automotive industry; All the local suppliers mainly are located in Shanghai and her neighborhood like Jiang Su and ZheJiang. There would be big potential to reduce transportation cost as long as the transportation routing can be optimized.Seeking a transport routing to complete the inbounds pick ups with minim transport cost is the target of the research.
