With the rapid development of new business and retail,the logistics path planning is a key link in the logistics distribution,which determines the implementation and cost of the whole logistics distribution.This paper takes the logistics distribution problem of flower chain enterprises as the research object,and explores a path planning problem solving method which can be used for large-scale customer points,which is of great significance to the actual operation of enterprises.Based on the general VRP model,this paper considers the problem of flower industry is more prominent in the loss of flowers,flowers will lead to transport loss and natural loss in transportation cost of damage.Then merge it with two conventional targets by linear weighted method,and simplify it into a single target VRP problem.A heuristic algorithm for different VRP problems after comparison and analysis,genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem,which adopts the roulette selection operator,crossover operator uses order crossover and mutation operator with reverse method,variation method.According to the enterprise development planning and actual operation situation,basic information for solving problems,such as customer number / coordinate,vehicle parameters,loss ratio and other parameters were set by genetic algorithm Matlab programming function obtained path planning scheme considering vehicle road cargo transport flowers.Compared with the enterprise's path planning method,the solution result has some advantages in cost control,and provides reliable support for the later development of the enterprise.
