Research On Multi-Dimensional Management Of ICT Project Based On C Enterprise

In December 2016,xi general secretary at the opinion on fully implementing long river system,stressed that the limited water resources is the survival of our resources,we should implement the concept of green development,effective management of water resources,so we should introduce long river system.General secretary xi called for the completion of the project by the end of 2018.It can be seen that the establishment of the river system information system is very necessary and time pressing.C company as a subsidiary of one of the three carriers,firmly cling to The Times,in 2017 year in manpower,material resources development long river project,combining information system with the traditional communication products,the service for the government to provide more convenient.However long river system project and the traditional telecom business is different,the former is characteristic of have longer cycle in the process of operation and more complex process,has the strong multilateral cooperation,have a higher level of information technology and so on,which is hard to transform business.In the process of implementing the project,there are various problems in terms of cost,risk,quality,etc.Therefore,it is of great importance to conduct multi-dimensional management research on the construction process of river length system.Based on the experience of ICT project,this paper firstly introduces the theory of risk,progress,quality,cost management,communication and other multi-dimensional management,which lays a good foundation for the subsequent theoretical reference.Second,according to the long river of ICT projects construction target and characteristics of sum up this stage long river system of ICT projects from project startup process,project plans,project implementation,project control process,to the whole process of a project.Objective to analyze the problem of project management in the actual situation of the ICT project and analyze the cause of the problem.Again,according to the operator,the ICT project pre-sale,sale,the after-sales serviceprocess,combined with the project management body of knowledge PMBOK content and five nine process,put forward using EVC,gantt chart,project management tools such as cost,quality,progress,risk management,communication,etc.That eventually form multidimensional management system.Finally,on the basis of this,the effect analysis and evaluation of the 2 phase project of the river length system ICT project are carried out,and the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of the multi-dimensional management system of ICT project are put forward.The project management knowledge system studied in this paper can provide some reference for the implementation of similar ICT projects.
