Since 1990 s, production and export volume of Thailand natural rubber has been ranked first in the world. Thailand natural rubber production volume was 30% of the total world natural rubber production, which 90% of Thailand natural rubber production was for export, so Thailand export volume was 40-45% of the total world natural rubber exports, and China is Thailand’s main exports market of natural rubber. Especially in the context of free trade, Sino-Thai natural rubber trade as well as the interaction between the markets grew.First of all, this paper introduced to Sino-Thai natural rubber production and import and export situation, used comparative advantage index were studied in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia three countries on Chinese natural rubber export trade competition with dominant, the study found Thailand is the world’s biggest natural rubber exporter, while China accounts for Thailand natural rubber total export volume of 70%, became Thailand’s largest natural rubber export market. Therefore, the export trade in natural rubber, Thailand to China has revealed comparative advantage.Again, used the 2000-2013 data descriptive statistical analysis on situation, problems and countermeasures of Sino-Thai natural rubber export trade. The study found that in the production system, technology, non-system management and transportation system and other aspects, there are still lots of problems in Thailand. Therefore, in order to expand the export market, Thailand needs to raise its natural rubber production capacity in the basic guarantee of the quality of natural rubber. In addition, in order to enhance the competitiveness of Thailand on China natural rubber export trade, the government of Thailand should actively encourage states to technical exchanges, the elimination of trade barriers and the establishment of a standardized natural rubber export standards, the importance of the Sino-Thai Natural Rubber information construction.
