The Closure In The Bureaucracy Study

Contradiction always exists in the process of bureaucracy study, and it is a winding between the closure of the study and the people’s wish of pursuing the openness. In the construction of bureaucracy theory, the bureaucracy is a modern category which has inextricably linked with the alienation of democracy and freedom, the modern monetary economic development, and the modern science and technology.Bureaucracy constructed in theory is a closed system which is caused by the culture of competition, control and other factors. It has a direct impact on the theory such as repairing theory linearly and spreading to the research of “open organization”. And continued diversification in environment brings new problems to our study, and we have gradually improved the theoretical status of the environment. But they are all the repairing work strictly.This closure is such a means of pursuing organizational uncertainty that whether exist in completing the theory of bureaucracy or spreading to the research of “open organization” The goal of certainty is reasonable and when achieved, the closure become the purpose. With the change of social complexity, there is a need for a more open deconstructive thinking which will focus on cooperation, maintain cooperation with other systems and actively assess improvement. There will be no clear boundaries of “inside” and “outside” and members and organizations will anthropomorphize the “outside” in the former theory through collaboration.
