Because of being moved by globalization, internet and new technology, thecompetitive rhythm between enterprise become more frequent, the degree ofuncertainty to enterprise increase continually, the past decision model based oninvestigation in depth and perfect information become not adapting the need of newcompetitive position. Many decision, especially the decision made by leader, areuncertainty decision, including new thing, new question and not perfect information.Proportion of uncertainty decision increases continually, at mean time, it willinfluence the profit of enterprise increasingly.Many theoretical researches based on uncertainty decision make sure: whenuncertainty decision is made, the decision effect will be influenced deeply byperception, judgment, consequence, feeling, and value of decision maker. Becausethey live in an environment of Chinese traditional cultural, then it is inevitable thatdecision thinking of the leader of Chinese enterprise is influenced by traditionalcultural, it will bring important practical meaning that researching and discussing thetopic that how traditional thinking influence the leader of Chinese enterprise whenthey make uncertainty decisions.Through summarizing and settling theory of decision, uncertainty and leader,this paper proposes a partition of 4 kind of uncertainty, key uncertainty factor ofinfluencing Chinese enterprise and new uncertainty character in presentcompetitively condition. Gather up 7 kind of step of thinking when a leader makesan uncertainty decision. giving up the model which researching traditional culturalbased on Confucian cultural, This paper proposes a new frame which analyzingChinese traditional cultural based on "whole" and "variability". These differentleaning genre of Chinese traditional cultural are different visual angle and theoreticalsystem based on the world view of "whole" and "varialbility". Morelly, this paperanalysis concretely how the traditional thinking influence the leader of Chineseenterprise when they make decision about multi-operation or specialization, basalmanage method and strategic route.This paper base on a suppose, that it is a fact that traditional thinking influencethe leader of Chinese enterprise, and this status will not be disappeared along withthe developing of economic globalization and introject of managing theory. Weshould Research deeply the basic structure of traditional cultural, grasping in deedthe thinking logic of Chinese through resolving and analysising basic structure oftraditional cultural. This kind of research will help us developing the useful anddiscarding the useless of traditional cultural. This paper have only done some surfaceand simple research, it will be expected that providing some benefit to otherresearcher.
