The Study On Issues Related Customized City Bus Fare And Operation

With the rapid development of economy and urbanization accelerated, but coming urban traffic problem is becoming one of main urban development problem in china. The government proposes the policy of “public transport priority” for developing public traffic as strategic demands of urban sustainable development. The serious traffic congestion and resident travel demand under the problem of diversification, above all peak time is more serious. Position rules between conventional buses and private cars is better reaching city multi-level, diversification of passenger demand, may increase highway usage, release traffic jam in some way. In recent years, the development of public transportation has become transportation for society, convenient for resident outside, and promotes a new path of economic development and the trend.The article will be discussed from several ways that issues related about the custom bus fares and operation from the following aspects: firstly, the research on customized bus service, mainly from its opening conditions, ticket price, vehicle configuration and other aspects are discussed, secondly, the rule of bus ticket price is studied, based on analysis the current price system and comparison of methods of making ticket price, turn out customized bus fare to develop method. In addition, this paper uses the “Logit” model, the utility function construction, sharing rate estimation of customized bus, before and after the opening of the customized transit bus, private car, and taxi three kinds of traffic mode split rate influence. Finally, the diversification of operation mode and other aspects of the custom bus are summarized, analyzing the existing problems of custom bus operation, put forward the operation suggestions are useful for the further opening of customization for transit city.Customized bus to relieve traffic congestion, improve environmental pollution effect, the demand for customized bus each big city urgent.
