This paper summarizes the metro price management experience of the developed countries and Chinese large cities ,and analyzes the relation the market supply and market demand, and features of the market structure and the basic factors that influence the price formation by using economics principles and statistic methods.At the same time, analyzes the formation mechanism of the metro price, the pricing methods and management methods on the basis of explaining the metro products,and analyzes the formation of metro price in shenzhen and pricing method to determine the reasonable price. This paper expatiate the government subsidy and support policy related with metro fare, for which the metro company can effectively manage and advance the competitive power, also establish well basis for metro industry in China.The paper also includes some measures and suggestions about how to supervise the price of the metro fare by the government.The fare and the income is indirect correlation, which is the most sensitive fators, and also exert social benefit and induct the important economic lever to traffic demand, improve the metro company's financial status, and develop multiple investment. The metro fare pattern put on critical effect to financial budget and cost-benefit analysis when the metro company is operating. Now, the government hasn't enacted difinitude rule about the metro fare. The metro is the one of public traffic, but it obviously not uses the traffic fare to determine the metro ticket price, not considering the practical situation of Shenzhen.
