Under the reshaping of the content of financial management of the logistics companies under the risk prevention, combining the concrete practice of logistics companiesto recommend suggestions of the concrete implementation step by step and the transformationthe mode of financial management.Finally, in order to better evaluate and test the effect which the mode of financial management has been reshaped of the logistics companies, the article starts from four aspects of reshaping the content of the mode of financial management of the logistics companies under the risk prevention, and designs a set of matching system of financial evaluation index,which provides an effective evaluation program of the reconstruction of the mode of financial managementfor thelogistics companies under the risk prevention.
