Study On Construction Of Xiaoqinling Gold National Mine Park

The development of mining industry is an important part of the development of Chinese civilization. China has rich mineral resources and has a long history of mining. However, with the gradual depletion of mining resources, many mines and mining cities are facing serious environmental damage and other issues. The building of Mine Park forms a mode of China mine disaster governance and mining heritage conservation and mining development of tourism resources utilization, and gives non renewable important mining heritage resources reasonable protection and sustainable utilization, which has positive significance for improving the eco geological environment and promoting sustainable economic development of the mining area. Since the first batch of National Mine Park announced, 73 national mine park have been considered to be a practical and effective, some of which have opened, and some of which are planning to build. Therefore, as a new way of mining heritage development and protection, mine park’ way of how to carry forward the mining culture, enhance the function of science education, exploration of mining sites for long-term protection and mine environmental recovery management, tourism development of Mines of advancing path is a positive significance of existence of mine park mode, and an important issues in Academia.This paper selected the only national mine park in Shaanxi---Tong Guan Xiao Qin Ling Gold Mine State Park--- as the research object. Through the analysis of the park survey and mining heritage landscape resources endowment, referring to relevant standards for mine park construction mode theory and land and Resources Department, we analyzed and evaluated the construction conditions of Tong guan gold mine national mine park. We focused on how to use the model of Mine Park to show the typical rich gold geological relics and mining heritage landscape, to highlight the mining culture, to improve science education, and to achieve the sustainable development of industrial heritage tourism, ecological tourism.The research methods are mainly based on the theory of life cycle, sustainable development, and ecological conjugation. Through the investigation of Tong guan in the Xiao Qin ling Gold Mine State Park, and according to planning to build ideas, in-depth interviews and other means, the paper gives comprehensive elaborations of resource advantage, construction conditions, spatial layout and development prospects of Tong guan in Xiao Qin ling gold national mine park..Conclusion is that by treating the Tong guan in Xiao Qin ling mining heritages protection and restoration of mine ecological environment as the starting point, with the ideas of "one center two axis and three zones" to constructing the mode of mine park construction, and with some feasibility of construction measures, such as the tourist service center and thematic museums playing their functions, the Mine Parks promoting their science teaches education function, the mine geological environment restoration of vegetation, industrial heritage tourism and ecological tourism development, we can build "the first golden park in Western China " branding.
