In this paper, the job satisfaction of grass-roots employees in Agricultural Development Bank of China is taken as the research object, according to the basic theory of job satisfaction, the job satisfaction of employees is eventually classified into eight dimensions, namely, post, performance & salary, career, working condition, colleague relationship, education & training, management system and leadership management, and a questionnaire containing 36 questions is compiled based on these dimensions. The following conclusion is drawn through the summary and analysis of the research data: as a whole, the employees’ job satisfaction belongs to the medium level, the overall difference is not obvious. See from each dimension, the employees are most satisfied with the working condition, which is followed by the leadership management; the employees are most unsatisfied with the performance and salary, which is followed by career planning. At last, the reasons for this research result is analyzed, and relevant countermeasures are proposed by combining the actual situation of Agricultural Development Bank of China, including improving the corporate governance structure, building a fair and reasonable remuneration system, perfecting employees’ career management and carrying out system construction.
