Management Model Of Hydropower Enterprise Standardization Based On TPM In Tibet

In recent years, with great development of the western China and energy economy, the construction of hydropower projects have entered a rapid development. The hydraulic power station has huge economic benefits and social benefits, but lot of them have low equipment management level and hige failure rate, which seriously affects the normal operation of power station and leads to a large gap between the requirements of safe, stable and economical operation of power system. Therefore, when it comes to how to manage the operation of these power generation enterprises and to produce benefits it ought to, there is no systematic model to refer to. Treat the operation and management of a water conservancy project as a project management body, and by the construction of equipment management mode based on TPM, we can realize the full participation of all stuff in maintenance of equipment, which can maximumly reduce the equipment failure rate and improve business efficiency.As it is still at the starting stage, there exists many problems, which affects the full play of function of TPM management mode In this paper, by the method of literature research, questionnaire survey and system research, based on the author’s fifteen years experience on management of manlahydrocomplex station, combined with the reality and investigation, the paper found the focus point of equipment management efficiency improvement after deep statistical analysis, and did systematical discussion on equipment management model of hydropower enterprises using TPM theory. Finally, the model is consist of organization system, management system, training system, incentive system.The paper lists the changes brought by the model in a plateau hydropower station, to prove the efficiency and feasibility of the method. This paper gave out a specific route to establish the TPM standardized management model, and provided specific strategies according to the main contents of the model. Suggestion is that hydropower enterprises should abandon the outdated customs, and actively introduce TPM management mode to change the management state of extensive.
