E-commerce has been developing rapidly in recent years thanks to the fast economy growth and popularity of Internet in China. It drives a rapid growth in demand for urban distribution while putting forward higher requirement to the industry. However, the traditional model constrained by manpower and cost can hardly match the actual needs of customers. "Last mile" issue has become the major factor that restrains the development of the industry.Logistics corporates start to build collection and delivery point(CDP) in order to relief the stressed urban end distribution. CDP works as a twoway buffer. On one hand, it helps logistics corporates with loading/unloading, sorting, storing goods, and on the other hand, it serves customers by receiving consigned goods, providing self-service pick-up and refund. However, CDP is still on trial with hundreds of problems. The paper analyzes and compares the functionality of different CDPs, and focuses the study on unattended locker. A cost sharing model for logistics corporates, a pricing strategy model for logistics corporate and property service entity and a comprehensive robustness index model based on unattended locker are therefore proposed. Corresponding numerical examples finally evaluate the correctness of those models.
