Since the beginning of 1980 s, High-tech industries have enjoyed great development in advanced countries around the world, under this circumstance,competition becomes more and more intensely,the future of the companies would focus more on custom requirement. The domestic self-designed regional jet ARJ-21 and civil aircraft C919 come to the most important moment, the control and management of the special aviation test and measurement equipments becomes a critical part for aircraft manufacturing, it has become one of the most important content of Metrology management for civil aircraft company,helps to ensure the quality of the aviation products.This thesis conducts the application of multiple type equipment management method based on the analysis on the characters and classify management of the special aviation test and measurement equipments, including ABC analysis method, professional classify method and lifetime stage classify method; According to management requirement of test and measurement equipment in-course check, this thesis also applies recalibration method, retest with the same sample method, recheck according to the national verification/calibration regulation method, as well as standard test method to satisfy the requirement of test and measurement equipment in-course check. Based on the management requirement of test and measurement equipment, this thesis sets up the test and measurement equipment management support system, analyzes the core process of the management activities, develops test and measurement equipment management processes and new system based on B/S structure, at last satisfies the real engineering management requirements of test and measurement equipment in the aviation companies.After operation application analysis, it finds out that the new system achieves the lifetime management of test and measurement equipments, is convenient for data statistics, increases quality and efficiency, decreases risk and cost, improves customer experience. This thesis breaks a new path for achieving standard, modern and scientific management.
