The rapid development of automobile industry in the global scope is the inevitable trend ofsocial development. The development degree of automobile industry represent a country’s economicstrength, technological capabilities and the power of future development.As an important branch of the auto industry, special purpose motor vehicle play a more andmore important role in the development of social. As the world’s population growth, environmentaldegradation, improvement of living standards, people has higher requirement for special purposemotor vehicle. How to efficiently abstract customer demand into the design index of the enterprise,to produce products to meet customer demand, is a important problems the special purpose motorvehicle production enterprise facing. Therefore, special purpose motor vehicle manufacturers needto ensure the product achieve the function of the customer request before delivery to the customer inthe process of product design, production, and the product need continuously improve after theproduct, according to the customer feedback. This shows that product validation is very importantin the field of special purpose motor vehicle product development process.Today, it is still the mainstream production mode of the current industry because of thediversification of customer needs, special purpose motor vehicle product small batch, batches andshort development cycle. With the development of public traffic and the acceleration ofglobalization process, the mainstream market of Chinese special purpose motor vehicle hastransformed from the domestic market for a broader international market, resulting niche producttypes and personalized needs more and more, and the corresponding increase product validationrequirements. It is an important task for enterprise product authentication management work thathow to adopt scientific and effective management, aiming to improve the accuracy, efficiency ofproduct verify, and reduce the cost of verification.This article analysis current product verification management mode and the existing problemsof company A from the key elements of product certification, combined with the actual andcharacteristics of the special purpose motor vehicle products. Then puts forward productauthentication management mode and corresponding Suggestions for improvement that suitable forthe current situation of the enterprise, and also provide a reasonable reference of productauthentication management model for the domestic special purpose motor vehicle industry.
