Continuous economic development today, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprises want to survive and develop must constantly improve their competitive ability.The so-called competitive ability is the enterprise competitiveness, the competitiveness of enterprises cannot do without the product competition, and even can be said that enterprise competition is the competition of products, and the enterprise only constantly in terms of product innovation to survive in the fierce market competition. At the same time,with the advent of the Internet era, social networking platform has been widely used.Therefore, the competitive intelligence based on the social platform of enterprises pointed out the direction for product innovation.This paper creatively apply Internet mode of competitive intelligence in product innovation, competitive intelligence analysis based on enterprise social platform of product innovation model research. As a case, using "Super letv" in-depth simulation analysis and provides a basis for the enterprise product innovation.First of all, the paper carding product innovation related concept first, and analyzing two aspects: the definition and the traditional pattern of product innovation.We found that product innovation has obvious characteristics of fuzziness and uncertainty,and the difficulty of product innovation is also reflected in the R & D engineers do not understand the real needs of users. On this basis, this paper introduces the concept of competitive intelligence, to plan the approach of enterprise product innovation and indicate the direction for enterprises implementation of product innovation.Secondly, analysis the related theory of competitive intelligence and the relationship between product innovation and competitive intelligence, this paper using competitive intelligence to reduce the decision-making errors caused by the uncertainty and fuzziness in the process of product innovation. Describes the intelligence information demand for product innovation and in-depth analysis the role and influence of competitive intelligence brought to the behavior of product innovation.Finally, enterprise social platform as innovative information source to tap their own product information and competitive information. Using social network users comments on their productsto gather and analyze information about the product itself, pointing out the direction and needs of innovative products, also re-use the same enterprise social networking platform mining and analyzing the competitive environment and identifying the competitors in order to seek method and the strategy of product innovation. Letv as an example, its products simulation based on the analysis of competitive intelligence from enterprise social networking platform to mining product innovation ideas.The product innovation mode provide practice guidance for enterprises. At the same time, the conclusion and deficiencies of this study are summarized, and pointed out the direction of further research.
