Research About The Theory Of Management Modernization In Road Transport Industry

The national management modernization and the aim of promoting the rule of law being come up with has provided the policy guidance of epoch-making significance for all kinds of industries in the aspects of industry creation of management idea and innovation of management mode. As a basic industry in our country, the road transport is the important part of national economic development as well as involving social sensitive issues, such as people’s livelihood and civil rights. Based on the above, there are more papers expound the issues of road transport in management perspective existed in such aspects as management system, laws and regulations and function, but few involved in the perspective of governance the transport ministry to make macro-research about road transport industry. As a breakthrough point, with the research background of the national management modernization and the meeting documents spirit of The Transport Ministry, this paper make the following several aspects of research from the theoretical level of road transport industry management modernizationFirst of all, based on the theoretical support of the theory and modern governance theory, this paper expounds the meaning of management modernization in road transport industry from three dimensions of rule, rule of law, and good governance in accordance with industry management modernization concept. Secondly, according to the connotation of the management modernization in road transport industry, the influence factors which influent the management mode in China’s road transport industry are analyzed from two aspects of management system and management ability. Finally, in view of the not comply with industry management modernization, this paper which combined with the three dimensions of road transport industry management modernization comes up with putting forward specific measures and suggestions of road transport industry management modernization, including the aspects of setting up industry modernization management mind, the road transport management mode architecture and the road transport industry management mechanism as well as perfecting the laws and regulations in the concept of the rule of law and transforming function and function ways of modernization.
