Research On Quality Credit Evaluation Index System Of Xinjiang Ethnic Minority Enterprises

At present, the ethnic minority-owned enterprises have gained rapid development, and national ethnic product manufacturing has also gained great competitive advantage and market with the support of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomic region and under the encouragement of the policies for ethnic minority enterprises. Ethnic minority enterprises already has become one of the main driving-forces which promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, development of new industries and the expansion of the employment channels, activation of market sentiments, as well as one of the most active subjects in realizing the economic leaping development. Judging from the current situation, in the process of development of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang, problems which directly endanger the vital interests and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers of product and service quality have appeared. Although China has established corporate credit quality grading system and scoring criteria, the arising of a series problems warned us again that we need to strengthen the implementation and improvement of this task. The facts proved that this method cannot be applied to every cases, not reasonable enough, cannot objectively reflect the quality credit standing of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang and unable to meet the current need of the enterprise analysis and evaluation of the quality of credit. Therefore,conducting research and constructing credit standing which is in line with characteristics of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang and which can fully reflect the credit status of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang,is the urgent need to deepen the quality of credit evaluation mechanism of ethnic minority enterprises.Taking ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang, this paper summarize enterprise quality, study on background of credit evaluation index system and the development of quality credit evaluation at home and abroad, presents quality credit evaluation index system of enterprise related concepts, defines the concept of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang again. According to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region government, related policy papers and the work of relevant sector, the characteristics of Xinjiang ethnic minority enterprises credit quality are combined, main problems of credit quality of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang are pointed out, adverse impact on the development of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang summarized. Then, in reference to many scholars on the basis of quality credit evaluation, construction of quality credit evaluation index system of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang were mainly studied based on perfecting the deficiencies.This paper uses Delphi method to select relevant indicators and analysis in each layer index. Applies analytic hierarchy process to construct quality credit evaluation index system of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang respectively. From the following four layer indexes and 24 indicators including enterprises credit quality performance, corporate quality assurance, corporate credit quality of subjective, willingness of using corporate credit quality,criteria for product quality provision. Build matrix to determine the proportion and calculation of synthetic weights, improving scoring criterion, introducing corporate credit scoring method, creating credit grading tables for enterprises. This papar validated its credit model with taking ARMAN halal food industry group co Ltd in Xinjiang as an example and make great efforts to study the quality credit evaluation system of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang, promote the healthy and orderly development of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang, provide an effective solutions to the imperfect quality credit evaluation system for ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang. Besides, this paper also has a great significance in enhancing and improving the credit behavior, quality assurance, quality cognitive of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang, eventually, promote the competition and market.
