The Design And Implementation Of Tobacco Production Specialization Service Standardization Path In The Framework Of Cooperatives

Tobacco is an important industry in China. Tobacco is a special kind of agricultural products, the form of state monopoly makes the tobacco industry as a special industry.In tobacco production technology services, tobacco technology members who active in tobacco areas is the main force of the new technology popularization, in a timely manner to provide a whole process of tobacco production service for Tobacco farmers. But on tobacco concrete production process,such as seedling, transplanting, baking, grading,etc,farmers in family as a unit produce. As single-family planting scale increasing year by year, the quality of rural labor force and the lower of labor skills are Prominent contradictions that restricting the quality of tobacco leaves, the benefits of Tobacco farmers planting tobacco and the stability of tobacco scale. As a result,the social demand of Professional, social division of labor service is increasingly highlighted. In 2014, Country put forward development direction of tobacco production that exploring practice lean production, and clear the development thought that service standardization is effective way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in the current professional service.In this background, to improve the specialized service supply level, increase the level of intensive management, realize the professional division of labor, this study ready to researches the related contents of tobacco production specialization service standardization.Based on the above background, the author has carried out project research that about tobacco production specialization service standardization under the framework of cooperative. Firstly, this study collected, sorted and comparative analyzed the data of related case, and clarified the basic content of the cooperatives specialized service standardization and design standards. Secondly, based on the characteristics of agricultural production, the characteristics of tobacco production and tobacco producers heterogeneity, from the angle of professional service standard and under the cooperative framework, this paper explored the basic ideas and implementation of the professional service standard path. Finally, the author take a deeply investigation on Xuchang tobacco area, based on the questionnaire survey on Xuchang tobacco area, analyzed the main mode and operation of tobacco production specialization service within the framework of cooperatives. Through this research, I hope to provide some useful references for the implementation of lean production, and improve the docking efficiency of the cooperatives provided specialized service and farmers.
