Under the background of social economy high speed development, especially in the process of a new round of slowing economic growth.Coal, iron and steel enterprises are increasingly fierce competitive environment. Dramatic changes have taken place in enterprise management environment, The enterprise the management cycle only three to five years, such companies are also increasing. In order to make the enterprise can not only respond to rapidly changing market environment, but also long-term sustainable management,this requires enterprises in the process of management, adjust management strategy and business development direction, take the correct and efficient mode of operation, to avoid the generation of operating risk. HJ company due to the enterprise itself has the specificity, the enterprise is facing complicated and diversified management risk, in order to be able to make enterprises to increase the force of sustainable development, the enhancement enterprise’s core competitiveness.At the same time in order to prevent operational risks to the enterprise caused economic losses, it must strengthen internal control and defensive countermeasure research. This paper combines the actual conditions of HJ company operating conditions Fully absorb and summarized the existing operating risk category.On the basis of this reason, countermeasures and construction control, This paper mainly divided into the following four parts.The first part is the second chapter, introduced the HJ company’s operating risk. First of all, illustrated the present status of the HJ company. Mainly introduced the company’s general situation; company’s organization structure and management mode; company’s operating condition and operation mode. Secondly illustrated the main performance of the HJ company’s business risk. Mainly illustrate the decision-making risk, finance risk, market risk, law risk.The second part is the third chapter, introduced the reason analyzes of HJ company’s operating risk. Mainly from internal cause and external cause analysis. Internal reason mainly includes the HJ company structure and management issues, the corporate governance factors, the insufficient enterprise core competitive power and the shortages of functional management and so on. External reasons mainly from the external market price changes, trade risk and clientele factors to analyze.The third part is the fourth chapter, it’s the risk control of HJ company. The main contents were listed as follows:first, to establish HJ company’s internal control system; Second, strengthen the audit of company; The third is the financial risk preventive countermeasures, mainly including standard contract management work, strengthening the collection of arrears and loans, and strict management process; The fourth is the legal risk preventive countermeasures. The main contents of risk control:Establishes the management risk evaluation system. Mainly includes set up assessment team, strengthen the management of risk control to reconfirm, the confirmation the key link of risk control and improve the control measures. Through some specific measures effectively control the HJ company’s business risk.
