The Design Of Performance Management Based On ISO9000 System Of QDCT Company

Product quality is the basic for enterprise’s development and survival, and has been changed from internal control into management problems. More and more enterprises passed 1SO9000 system, and how to operate it effectively need performance management to promote and evaluate. At the same time, ISO9000 quality system also provide scientific basis for the establishment of performance management system. Therefore, the two systems are not isolated, but mutual integration, mutual promotion. In this paper, use the ISO9000 system as the main line. Firstly, find the starting point of fusion with performance management system. Secondly, integrate quality management system into performance management system, and these bring a new reference value for the optimization of the performance management system design.This paper takes QDCT Company as an example, by using the method of combining theoretical and practical research, drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign performance management and quality management theory research results and the practice of QDCT Company. Firstly, after reading related literature and carried out investigation, the implementation of QDCT company’s current performance and the ISO9000 system was analyzed and the problems was found. Then, with the company quality strategic objectives as a starting point, different levels KPI were established combining with the job analysis and ISO9000 system, and the implementation of performance, performance evaluation, performance feedback and results system were also designed. Finally, to establish system security team, improving personnel training mechanism, building the information communication platform, taking the stage and steadily push forward the strategy for the implementation of security.The purpose of the research is through the design of performance management system of QDCT Company to achieve two purposes. First, on the basis of find shortage of the performance management of QDCT Company after analyze and summarize to design the performance management system in order to improve the company’s performance management level and meet the demand for continues development. Second, in the premise of the ineffective implementation of ISO9000 system to establish the performance system based ISO9000 to improve the quality management level, and realize the quality strategy.
