In today's world science and technology change rapidly, rising competition, forcing enterprises from pure product quantity growth transformation to product quality, product competition also from a simple price competition to technology and function of competition. ISO9000 standard certification is an internationally recognized quality management system, is the essence of enterprise management, including the eight principles of quality management, has been widely used in more than 100 countries. COSO internal control integrated framework is a powerful enterprise management tools, is the enterprise the participation of all members of the management of enterprises, for enterprises to risk identification and management, improve the quality of the products and the company's operating performance. Business process re-engineering is the purpose of changing the current process, created a new work mode for the organization, improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, so as to reduce the cost, improve the market competitiveness of products.
